— filming an unboxing video is highly recommended, as it will enable me to address any concerns that may arise. requests for returns, exchanges, and/or refunds will only be entertained if you can provide a raw and properly-angled video as proof within 72 hours after the package has been delivered to your address.
— orders may be stored for up to 30 days. all unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed. consequently, i cannot be held responsible in the event that you forget to claim your order, and no refunds will be issued.
